This stall is located at the end of the row of eating stalls, opposite Faber Tower. The place may look shabby from the outside, but the owners have kept it decently clean within the premises.
This stall offers good food at cheap prices (seriously the cheapest among the Mamak/Indian retaurants around Taman Desa). It has all the common Indian food i.e roti canai, tosai, chapati and all the fried stuff. They also serve banana leaf rice in the afternoon with a variety of vegetable and meat dishes. This banana leaf meal will cost you RM5. And if you add tea to it, it will be RM6 in total.
This is the C.N.C. nasi lemak which has to be ordered with the ayam goreng (fried chicken). They will goreng it for you on the spot and serve it to you fresh and hot. This meal is seriously worth it. (Approximately RM5 also)
The thosai is soft and not that oily, just the way its supposed to be. Their sambal makes it even better to dip your chapatti (RM1.00).
There is also a 23” TV that plays Tamil movies from Astro. Don’t expect sports channel from this place, unless you “kamcheng” with the waiters. Since the closure of the mamak joint by the roadside next to Bjorn, this place is becoming more packed at night with customers. It has become the alternative for people to hang out till the early morning. Yes, this place is also 24 hours. Not bad for a roadside stall eh?
