Nike's We Run KL 10K

Once again Nike is back with their 10km marathon. If you love the feeling of crowds cheering for you at the finishing line and working out a sweat without any vehicles, this is the event for you! This time, you will be running around Kuala Lumpur. Imagine, turning the streets of KL into your own running field. 

Hosted by three countries: Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines, the marathon is aiming to expand and extend the running community within the South East Asia region. Let's not forget that you will be receiving a Nike shirt with it. 

Need some motivation? Nike has come up with a little something called the 'Run Buddy Run Nike+ Challenge'. Just grab a friend to register with you for only RM40. That means RM40 for two runners! For each KM you and your run-buddy sync to Nike+, RM1 will be donated to Asian Youth Ambassadors (AYA) that focuses on youth development and providing aid to underprivileged youths.

Prizes awaits you too if you clock in the furthest distance. You and your friend will stand a chance to win a VIP race day experience at 'We Run Manila 10K', as well as a five star hotel stay. Other prizes to be won include cash and vouchers for the top three winners open, and vouchers for the top three winners below the age of twenty-five, as well as unique medals.

Hey, if you are not in the top three, you are still a winner! Ultra cool thumbdrive finishers will be given out to all participants as well. Nike is expecting not more than 10,000 runners to join in the fun in conquering the streets of Kuala Lumpur, come this November.
